   thinly sliced roast beef, ham, turkey, salami & corned beef
    (approx 5 lbs)


Sandwich Platter  $6/per sandwich
sandwiches can be sliced in ½'s, ¼'s, or 1/3's
combination ofassort meats, cheeses & breads


Whole Roasted Tenderloin of Beef  $market price
   whole steer tenderloin, grilled medium rare, sliced, & presented with
   horseradish sauce...My mouth is watering as we speek...yum yum
   (approx 30 slices)


Pasta Salad  
   Bow tie pasta served with sundried tomatoes, red onions, salami,
   diced peppers (yellow, red, orange, & green), fresh oregano, basil &
   garlic. Hand tossed in our own Italian dressing
   (serves 15-20 people)


Tossed Salad  
mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, carrots & who knows what 
other veggies will end up in the salad :)
